This morning the below vehicle was seen driving on Park Road. The driver was not wearing their seatbelt. Upon inspection of the vehicle several issues came to light. There was a defective nearside brake light, the windscreen had a substantial crack in it, the nearside front tyre was exposing cord, there was no insurance in place and the driver was disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence. The vehicle was seized and a file will be submitted to summons the driver to court for all the offences above.
